These Terms govern your access to and use of the GameON! website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use sections of the Service that display market odds. The remainder of the Service — fixtures, TV listings, statistical projections — is intended for general audiences but is provided as-is and without warranty.
2. What we provide
GameON! is an informational and entertainment service. We display football (soccer) fixtures, broadcast information, statistical projections, and where applicable, market odds drawn from public sources. We do not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, hold customer funds, or process gambling transactions. See our Disclaimer for the full statement.
3. Accuracy & availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the Service available, but we make no representation that data is current, free of error, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content beyond ordinary personal use.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code.
- Interfere with the Service's operation or security.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Service output without our written consent.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
5. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
6. Intellectual property
The Service's design, code, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party data (fixtures, results, team and broadcaster names and marks) belongs to its respective owners and is used here for editorial reference. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to those third-party marks.
7. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party sites or services (including broadcasters and, in some jurisdictions, sportsbooks). We do not operate those sites, endorse them, or accept responsibility for their content or practices. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their terms, not ours.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any output is reliable for any decision-making purpose, including but not limited to gambling.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page is canonical. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
