This Privacy Policy explains what information GameON! collects when you use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
From you directly
- Account info: If you sign in, your email address (used for magic-link login and account recovery).
- Preferences: Settings you save, such as your timezone, preferred country for broadcast listings, and chosen interface options.
Automatically
- Device and network metadata: IP address, user-agent string, referrer, request timestamps. Used for security, abuse prevention, geographic content selection (e.g. defaulting your broadcast country), and load balancing.
- Cookies and similar storage: A small number of strictly-necessary cookies for session management and security. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See our Cookies notice.
- Error telemetry: Stack traces and minimal request context captured by Sentry when something breaks. Used solely to fix bugs.
- Aggregate analytics: Pageview counts, top referrers, and Core Web Vitals via Cloudflare Web Analytics. These are aggregated and not tied to your identity.
How we use information
- To operate and improve the Service.
- To authenticate you when you log in and keep your session secure.
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- To send transactional emails strictly related to your account (e.g. magic-link sign-in). We do not currently send marketing email.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, transactional email delivery, error monitoring, CDN). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Legal authorities when we are required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- A successor entity in connection with any merger, sale of assets, or restructuring, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. Server logs and error telemetry are retained for up to 90 days in most cases.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on consent.

International transfers
We host and process data primarily in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on standard contractual protections where required.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes
We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top is canonical. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
